with superb ski conditions. Snowfall is the second best in a decade, with

The Companys Breckenridge and Keystone resorts opened on Friday, Nov. 11,
also to excellent snow conditions. After receiving 44 inches of snow this
past week, more than 500 acres are open at Breckenridge, and resort officials
expect to have more than 1,200 acres for skiing and snowboarding by Wednesday,
Nov. 23. Keystone Resort is preparing to open additional terrain tomorrow on
both North Peak and the Outback, bringing the total available ski terrain at
Keystone to nearly 700 acres. Beaver Creek and Heavenly are scheduled to open
Wednesday, Nov. 23, in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Adam Aron, Vail Resorts Chairman and CEO commented, "The good news just
keeps pouring in for Vail Resorts, as our various announcements over the past
several months have been positive and powerful. We are clearly excited that
Vail is opening today with the second best snowfall in a decade. Indeed, four
feet of fresh snow has fallen at Vail in just the past seven days. It is
literally breathtaking to see more than 1,000 acres of ski terrain open at
Vail this early in November. Similarly, skiing conditions at our Breckenridge
and Keystone resorts are superb."
