FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In order to meet
growing demand from corporate customers, American Airlines is re-launching its
direct online corporate booking tool, CorporateAAccess.com. American has
teamed up with Cendant to create a fully integrated solution to meet corporate
travel needs.
"Many of our corporate customers have been asking us for direct access to
our content," said David Cush, Vice President and General Sales Manager at
American Airlines. "In our goal to continuously improve our customers
experience, teaming up with Cendant in this situation has allowed us to
provide a strong online booking platform that will deliver content and
services that our corporate customers will value."
The new CorporateAAccess.com will enable customers to book privately
negotiated fares and rates on:
* American, American Eagle and AmericanConnection flights
* Hotel stays
* Car rentals
In addition to the private rates and fares, CorporateAAccess.com users
will be able to shop and book publicly available fares for other airlines,
hotel merchants and car rental agencies. This redesigned portal will offer
corporate travel managers new enhancements designed to make their job easier,
such as instant online access to real-time traveler data and improved
reporting that supports easy integration into existing back-office systems.
The new CorporateAAccess.com delivers financial value to American by
reducing distribution costs per ticket and delivers value to corporate

integrated reporting, the ability to book multiple passengers, direct link to
AA.com flight status notification, online seat selection and 24 hour customer
service support.
American will be testing the product with several key accounts during the
fourth quarter of 2005 and plans to have a full rollout of the product by the
end of the first half of 2006. Corporations are invited to request additional
