Peter Ingram Elected CFO for Hawaiian Holdings, Inc.title
HONOLULU, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hawaiian Holdings, Inc.
(Amex: HA; PCX), parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, announced today that
Peter Ingram has been named chief financial officer by the board of directors.
Mr. Ingram recently joined Hawaiian Airlines as chief financial officer
and will hold the dual responsibility for Hawaiian Holdings.
Mr. Ingram joined Hawaiian Airlines after spending the past 11 years with
AMR Corporation, parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle
Airlines. Since 2002, he has served as vice president of finance and CFO for
American Eagle Airlines. Prior to that, he spent eight years in finance-
related management and director positions for American Airlines.
Mr. Ingram earned a Masters of Business Administration from Duke
University in 1994, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He did his
undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, earning a Bachelor
of Arts in Business Administration in 1988.
Mr. Ingram replaces Randall L. Jenson, who will remain a member of
Hawaiian Holdings board of directors.
